AZ Women for the Arts Grant

September 25, 2025

Arizona Women for the Arts is an organization dedicated to supporting individuals devoted to the growth of arts in Arizona. This organization is made up of women from many different walks of life who come together to celebrate, appreciate, and support artists in The Grand Canyon State.

Each year, they sponsor a grant that supports the projects of two Arizona women. As a recipient of the 2025 Arizona Women for the Arts Grant, Julia will record and release her second studio album, “belong.” Consisting of pieces written or commissioned by Julia, this album will explore themes of identity, community, and what we owe to the world as individuals.
